Q24. Nature Remo is blinking red and does not work properly

If Nature Remo is blinking red slowly, connection between the Wi-Fi router and Nature Remo is not established. Please make sure that the connection between the Wi-Fi router and Nature Remo is not interfered or blocked with other Wi-Fi equipment, Bluetooth, metal etc, and then check the following in order.


1. Please check whether the 2.4 GHz setting of the Wi-Fi router has not been changed.
2. Make sure that you are using the supplied cable and adapter that came with Nature Remo.
3. Reboot Nature Remo near the Wi-Fi router.
4. Reboot the Wi-Fi router.


If Nature Remo is blinking red rapidly, Nature Remo fails to connect with the cloud. Please confirm the recommended number of connections of your Wi-Fi router and check the following procedure in order.


1. Make sure that you have not changed settings of WiFi router before problem occurred.
2. Reboot Nature Remo with the supplied cable and adapter.
3. Reboot the Wi-Fi router.
