Q24. Nature Remo blinks red and does not work properly

If Nature Remo is red and it is flashing slowly, communication between the WiFi router and Nature Remo is not established. First of all, please make sure that the communication between the WiFi router and Nature Remo is not interfered or blocked with a microwave oven, other WiFi equipment, Bluetooth communication, metal etc, and check the following in order.


1. Please check whether the 2.4 GHz setting of the WiFi router has been changed.
2. Restart Nature Remo with the supplied cable and adapter.
3. Restart the router.
4. Start Nature Remo next to the router and check if the flashing is improved.


If Nature Remo is red and rapidly blinking, Nature Remo will not be able to communicate with the cloud. Please check the following procedure in order after checking if the number of recommended connections of your WiFi router is more than your home WiFi device.


1. Please make sure that you have not changed various settings of WiFi router before problem occurred.
2. Restart Nature Remo with the supplied cable and adapter.
3. Restart the WiFi router.
