Please check whether security functions such as MAC address filtering are set in the WiFi router. Please turn off filtering.
If there is no problem with the network settings, start Nature Remo with the supplied cable and adapter next to the WiFi router and check the following procedure.
1. On a smartphone (tablet), copy the password so that there is no mistake in the WiFi password.
2. Restart the WiFi router.
3. In the Nature Remo application, please return to the screen of "Please insert the plug into the device." during setup and setup again according to the application.
4. On the WiFi password entry screen, paste the password you copied in 1.
